In a Strategic Media Planning course, I demonstrated media buying by creating a budget calendar of media buying for a wedding event company. I displayed media buying in print, digital, and social.

College Station Pre-Leasing Charts

As Property Manager of College Station Apartments, I developed an Excel layout to show the percentage of the property for the 2020-2021 leasing term. Here, I show the number of tenants and percentages at all our apartment phases.

During 2019 Recruitment, I created a schedule for the recruitment groups to rotate during the House Tour days of Recruitment week. I show here the number of groups and their locations during set times including a bus route that was implemented during house tours.
